Caroline J. Fox focuses her practice on intellectual property and business planning. She works to protect businesses’ brands, while providing a full range of business, intellectual property, and contract counseling services. Caroline’s background in the creative industry pushes her to find unique, forward-thinking solutions to fit her clients’ needs without compromising their creative vision.

As part of her business counseling practice, she has helped clients form limited liability companies and corporations and ensures they have appropriate operating agreements, licenses, and contracts in place.  She counsels businesses by addressing current needs while planning for future growth. Whether working with designers, food manufacturers, breweries, event planners, tech startups, or anything in between, Caroline helps navigate through the legal hurdles that can get in the way of a businesses’ success.

Caroline is most known for her work in the rapidly growing wedding industry, and frequently speaks on the subject in both CLEs and industry events.
